All government agencies that have the authority to purchase from another public agency's competitively solicited contract:

• Counties, Cities, Towns and Villages
• Special Districts (e.g., Fire, Sewer, Water, etc.)
• Public Schools including: K-12, Community Colleges, Universities
• State Agencies
• Non profit agencies providing educational services or other services on behalf of government agencies
