LOGIN FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are you unable to login successfully? We have provided solutions for common problems/errors encountered while accessing our system log in page.

Who is permitted to get a login account? Our System Login page is only for registered participating public agencies, authorized U.S. Communities suppliers and dealers, and U.S. Communities national/state/local sponsors. Public agencies may register with U.S. Communities by clicking the "Register to Participate" tab.
What are the benefits of having a login account?  
  • Authorized Suppliers or Dealers:
    • As an authorized supplier or dealer, you are able to search our database by agency name to determine if an agency is currently registered to use U.S. Communities contracts.
    • You are able to register a new public agency on their behalf.
    • You are able to view online registration report - a list of registered participants that recently requested a contact from your company.
    • You are able to download new and updated marketing documents.
  • Registered Participating Agencies:
    • As a registered agency, you are able to request immediate attention from our authorized suppliers.
    • You will receive automatic notification when new contracts are awarded.
    • You may suggest products as additional program offerings to our registered agencies.
    • You may communicate feed back, comments and recommendations to us.
    • You are able to view lists of supplier contact personnel, and information about your assigned regional marketing manager, state sponsors and others.
  • Program Sponsors:
    • Program sponsors may download new and updated marketing documents, training materials and related items.
    • Program sponsors may also view articles and other materials available for reprint and dissemination to their membership.
    How does a new user acquire a user I.D.?   You will need your email address to sign up.
    From the Login page, click the "Need a User I.D.? " link and follow the instructions.
    I changed my email address, how do I create another login account?   If you change your email address and want to use it as your new user I.D., please click here to request to rename your user I.D.
    Why doesn't my password work?   Your password is case sensitive. Is the "Caps Lock" or "A" in your keyboard ON? This makes a password in capital mode. Make sure not to misspell it while typing your password. Now try again, and if that doesn't work, request to reset/change password.
    I forgot my password, how do I reset/change it?   You can change your password by requesting a password change/reset from this page.
    What will happen if I try to guess my password and fail?   After several failed login attempts, we will lock your access to our login page. If you accidentally lock out, please let us know by sending an email to U.S. Communities Online Registration Team.
    Why do I always see "Authorized users only" at the login page?   This is caused by a web server's default system time-out. If your connection becomes idle for several minutes, it will be disconnected automatically and you will need to login again.
