New Contract for Energy Savings Performance Contracting

We are excited to announce a new U.S. Communities contract for ESCO withMcKinstry and Trane.

We are excited to announce the new U.S. Communities contract for Energy Savings Performance Contracting Services was awarded to McKinstry and Trane. This contract was awarded through a competive solicitation process conducted by lead agency, Port of Portland, Oregon. The contract term is for six years with a start date of December 1, 2017, with the option to extend the contract for one additional period of five years.
