REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE
Welcome to U.S. Communities' online participant registration.
As a registered participant, your agency or organization is
authorized to purchase under any of U.S. Communities' competitively
solicited contracts.
If your agency is already a registered participant of
U.S. Communities you may
request a contact from any of our authorized suppliers.
Otherwise, to use any U.S. Communities contract, please complete
the registration process below. Please note that in order to
register :
- You must represent a government agency that has
the ability to purchase from another public agency's competitively
solicited contract; or you may represent a non profit
agency that provides educational services or other services
on behalf of government agencies; and
- You must agree to the general terms and conditions of
the Master Intergovernmental
Cooperative Purchasing Agreement (MICPA) referenced
again later in the registration process; and
- You will need your agency's Federal Tax Identification
Number (TIN) or Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN)
to complete the registration process.
Please note that TIN/EIN is different from Tax Exempt ID.This information is
usually available from your payables department.
