Acquisition pricing includes delivery, equipment installation, supply freight charges, and initial connectivity installation (except for DDP series equipment and production systems). Initial Connectivity is defined as configuration of the MFP for the proper network protocols and installation of the appropriate print drivers on up to five (5) workstations per unit ordered. Additional IT services beyond this initial set up at available at the hourly rate of $145 (Network Integration Service product code 100000NIS).

What acquisition methods are available?

Cash or 36, 48, and 60 month Fair Market Value leases.

Is there a rental plan available?

No.

Can we enter in to a lease that extends longer than the contract expiration date?

Yes. Any lease pricing acquired during the term of contract 58795 will extend through the term of the lease.

Is it possible to enter into a purchase, lease or service agreement that has a term that extends past the current contract expiration date?

Yes, because the contract was set up in the current award period, all terms, conditions and pricing for any agreement executed prior to the end of the current award #58795 will be honored and remain in effect for the term of that contract. This includes any and all service level agreements (SLA's).

Can we use local dealers with this contract?

Yes, there are over 600 direct branch and independent authorized dealer locations from coast to coast.
