Marketplace Purchasing Transition

Effective July 31, 2017, the Marketplace will no longer be available for making online purchases through U.S. Communities suppliers.

If you had been purchasing through the Marketplace from any of the suppliers below, please follow the instructions for transitioning your purchasing process. 

Shop on our website and take advantage of these great features:

  • Order status, order tracking, proof of delivery documents, and order history
  • Saved lists

Access Supplyworks ordering site for online purchases and various account management tools.   

  • Access to view and order over 90,000 items that are part of our U.S. Communities contract offering through contract 12-22 for janitorial items and 16154 for MRO items 
  • Track orders from order placement to order delivery
  • Ability to view local SupplyWorks on hand inventory
  • View order history and invoice history
  • Run purchase history reports and green reporting

Shop through the new Applied.com:

  • Search by product category, brand, part number and/or keyword phrase

Use your online account to have the U.S. Communities contracted price displayed when quoting and ordering. New customers must first be set-up with an account number. Once created and verified, the account is linked to U.S. Communities pricing.

Haworth’s extensive network of certified dealers will design, order, and install products throughout North America. For product specification, pricing, and services, you may contact us by:

  • Email: uscommunities@haworth.com or call 800-576-0943 to place your order
  • Your request will be forwarded to Haworth’s local field sales person and/or dealer within 24 hours

Follow the steps below to place an order or to receive pricing:

  1. Contact Knoll’s U.S. Communities National Program Manager by sending an email to uscommunities@knoll.com or by registering online and requesting information from Knoll via the U.S. Communities website.
  2. A representative from Knoll and one of our certified Knoll dealers will contact your agency to discuss your space planning and furniture needs.
  3. After determining the right solution for your agency, the Knoll dealership will provide you with a furniture quote based on our U.S. Communities pricing.

Access ShopGraybar for online purchases. Log into your account to view U.S. Communities pricing. Features:

  • Access net price at time of order for over 160,000 items covered under the U.S. Communities contract.
  • View the current manufacturer list price, description, unit of measure, and local branch stock levels at the time of order.
  • Run usage reports (summary by agency, by department or by end user)
  • Ability to track orders
  • Create and store a customized Frequently Ordered Items list.

Online purchases through the Pro Xtra Program are eligible for up to 5% in annual rebates.

Gopher offers multiple options for you to receive your U.S. Communities pricing. Simply go to the our U.S. Communities information page and select the “View Shopping Options” button in the resources box on the left. Choose the method that best matches your requirements, follow the instructions, and you’re ready!

Shop Online with Fisher Science Education.

Please contact Fisher Science Education to make sure your account is receiving U.S. Communities pricing. Once attached to the U.S. Communities contract, when you log in and shop, you will have access to the U.S. Communities pricing. 

Visit the Safeware-Mallory U.S. Communities portal. To order online, new customers register as a new customer to receive your customer ID. Existing customers register using your customer ID. All items reflect U.S. Communities pricing for registered shoppers after login.
