What if I was already a Zep customer prior to registering to become a U.S. Communities participating agency?
Zep will transfer your account to a U.S. Communities account so you will receive the discounted U.S. Communities pricing and benefits.
When does Zep’s U.S. Communities contract expire?
Zep’s contract was a 2 year contract January 1st, 2008 to December 31st, 2009 with an option to renew for 3 additional 1 year periods to expire December 31st, 2012.
My agency is not near a major metropolitan city. Is it possible to have an onsite visit to discuss your products and services?
Yes! Zep has approximately 1,000 Sales & Service Professionals across the United States. We assign a local Sales Professional to every U.S. Communities customer. These onsite reps traditionally visit every U.S. Communities customer once a month unless you prefer they visit more or less often.

My agency would like to begin an environmentally sustainable cleaning program. Can Zep assist us with this process?
Absolutely! Not only does Zep specialize in environmentally sustainable products, but Zep can perform an onsite sustainability survey to help you put together a plan to implement a green cleaning program. The program would include standard operating procedures and employee training on cleaning green and utilizing Zep’s environmentally preferable products.
To reduce fiscal responsibility on our agency we have decided to reduce the inventory of our warehouse and only order products when needed to have shipped directly to individual departments. Can Zep ship to multiple locations within an agency and how long does it take to receive products?
